foundational strength youth training

We have helped hundreds of students across the country over the past 20 years teaching fitness lessons that last a lifetime. Educating on proper weight training, exercise form and the basics of how to work out correctly. Our goal is to help them improve in their sport of choice (baseball, soccer, lacrosse, swimming, etc)

Building a proper foundation for growing kids and balancing the body's core and stability helps strengthen joints and tendons which prevents injury between and during sporting seasons.

With our unique summer training programs, we have had students come individually or taken entire teams.
